Some of you may have heard of a new game coming out to the PS3 call "ModNation Racers". This isn't really anything to do with LBP but in a way, it kinda is. ModNation Racers is a Kart racing game, but with fully customizable Cars,Player and Tracks. It runs under the same kind of game logic as LBP. Play, Create and Share. It is basically LittleBigPlanet racing.

Now for a mod in depth explanation into what MNR is and the way it works. It is you normal everyday weapon shooting kart racing game, but with a twist, and a pretty awesome one and that.

I know that AllisPlanet is almost dead, but we're bringing it back. So post, love, and enjoy.

I put together a little something about the new Little Big Planet game for the Sony PSP. Talking about what it is all about and how it is different from the PS3. Also a quick shout out about how this site is coming back and what you should be expecting to see from this site in the future. Enjoy

First off I would like to officially announce the rebirth of this site. If you did not know, this site was made a while ago but didn't get that kick start it should have. But now we are back, aiming to get it running and active. So if you are new to this site I would just like to say, bare with us and stick around and please help spread the word of AiP.

There are a few things going around to help the promotion of this site. We have the AiP Youtube Channel, Facebook Group and The AiP Revival Team Group. The AiP Revival Team is trying hard to get this place back on it's feet, and I would like to thank all of them. We are constantly thinking of new ways to get new people, make this place fun and to get people involved. Here are a few upcoming things...

Keep in mind this list is wholey personal and is not intended to be a definitive top 5 list. Its just my opinion of my favorite levels and why ;).


#5 Libidius.jp by RRR30000: I really liked this level. It reminded me of old side-scrolling shooters, which I really liked. The concept of the level really wowed me, especially since your sackboy isn’t even seen through most of the level! He is behind the backround with a jetpack, controlling a spaceship avatar while trying to shoot enemies. And the difficulty was also on par with side-scrolling shooters. One hit and you’re done. The only negative thing about this level that I could find was that it was modded and new players will not be able to experience such a magnificent level.

I would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays. Its a great season to relax, enjoy spending time with family, friends, and those close to you. As well as to give back and be grateful for the things you do have. Take a moment to appreciate it all and of course have fun.

 

So with that said we are heading up our very first AiP Street team. Im looking for some dedicated and creative people willing to spend some of their free time to get the word out about the site and help grow the community. As a group we will have some brainstorming sessions to come up with ideas and then carry those out. If you are interested please send me a pm.

Also, I need you guys to help continue to Spread the Word (and win prizes while doing it). One great way is to leave comments on levels telling people about allisplanet.com, or making friends online (friend requests, play online, etc) and telling them about the site. Even yet if you see a level you really like leave the creator a message telling him so. These guys worked really hard making a great level (well im assuming its great if you liked it), and are happy to hear praise. Tell them, then tell them to go to the site and add you as a friend!

If everyone spends just one hour this weekend going on LBP and telling everyone they can about the site it will just get that many more people. Santa Clause will totally hook you up with some cool gear if you do and he told me coal if you dont (And there aint a lot you can do with Coal... Paper Weight anyone?). So please please everyone do it !
